An olidie but a goodie! This is one of the quickest, easiest dips, spreads or condiments to prepare. All you really need are avocados and add whatever you have going eg lemon, lime, coriander, garlic etc.
Avocados are almost a complete food, rich in antioxidant vitamins A, C and E, some B complex, potassium, a little protein, starch and great fats. They are reputed to be good for your heart, digestion and our sex life!
