Directions:
Put oven onto 170 degrees.
In a bowl, mash the banana until it forms a paste or mix in a blender.
Whisk the egg and mix all ingredients together into a bowl or blender and mix thoroughly until all well mixed. The consistency will be quite thick.
Pour the mix into ramekins, oven proof pots or even muffin case or tins and bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Enjoy straight out of the ramkein or pot or turn upside down onto a plate and decorate with berries, organic yoghurt or honey.
